In case you are wondering what on earth is going on around here—or rather, why on earth nothing is—isn't it obvious? I'm conducting an experimental study of the effect of neglect on the developmental trajectory of a blog. And while you wouldn't do it with people, there isn't a blog ethics committee yet to discourage me.

Love the comments. I had not noticed about the time thing. It must have something to do with timezone settings but I can't see why it should be displaying like that, because the timezone is set correctly and is not set to daylight savings. Bizzare.
As to the problem with comment numbers updating (offline comment), that is now fixed, for now. A perennial problem in this blog setup, to do with the turnover of the month. D'oh!
