bumper crop

Not much time to explain this image right now, but after my earlier post last month we thought you might like to make a comparison...
Guess I've got less of an excuse, though?

As someone once said "Is that all you?" Maybe you can take up my latest sport when you live at the top of a hill suburb - downhill jogging. This consists of planning to walk to work, then not leaving enough time for that, so running down the hills and walking up the hills/flat to work. It may also be combined with rides and buses, but it's safety for knees is unknown.
Posted by stephanie chernishov at 5:57pm on Tuesday 16 August 2005Well, it's kind of all me, but I'm fair inflating it out there shall we say. I'm no fatter that I've ever been over many years; I usually just hide it well. Fear not, much leaner ones, I have not gone baloon on y'all...
Posted by duncan at 1:29am on Wednesday 17 August 2005I know who posted the comment, and all I can say is your shameless advertising of your property cannot hurt your publicity campaign to rent the property out again soon. However, the meagre readership of this blog, especially on the Kapiti Coast, may limit the exposure received I fear!
Not that any specific member of the readership is "meagre", I hasten to add... just, meagre as all of us together. Well, all of us expect those pictured in this entry, obviously, which was after all the point of the original post! :)
Posted by duncan at 12:37am on Wednesday 31 August 2005I sympathise with you. Have just come back from visiting the in-laws, and it seemed like the whole village's first comment was that I was getting fatter. Personally I preferred the comment from a couple of ex-colleagues that I looked "healthier".
